Now Hiring: Part-Time Gardening Contractors

We are a women-led team that values diversity, inclusivity, and creating a safe, supportive space for everyone. While our team is primarily composed of women, we welcome individuals of all backgrounds, experiences, and identities who share our passion for gardening and our commitment to collaboration and mutual respect.

We’re looking for talented, self-motivated individuals to join our team as part-time independent contractors! This is a great opportunity for those who want to work flexibly and manage their own schedules while contributing to our growing business.

What We’re Looking For:

A passion for gardening and creating beautiful outdoor spaces.

Team players who enjoy collaboration but can also work independently.

Reliable transportation and your own basic tools (though we’re happy to share ours!).

Flexibility to work weekday mornings (or evenings, if it suits you and the client).

Why Work With Us?

Flexible scheduling that works for you.

A supportive, women-led team that values safety and camaraderie.

The joy of working outdoors and making spaces bloom!

$18/hour, with the freedom to manage your own schedule. Opportunities to increase rate based on experience and responsibilities!

The Details:

This is a contractor position, meaning you’ll operate as an independent business and are responsible for your own taxes, insurance, mileage tracking, and tools/equipment. We can elaborate more on this during our getting to know you chat!

Work is seasonal (April–November), 4-5 hours/day, Monday–Friday.

Physical tasks include bending, lifting, and working in warm weather (we avoid rain when possible).

Bring water, snacks, sunscreen, bug spray, and any cooling gear or meds you need.
